Where does eHandbags deliver to?


Our great range of designer handbags can be delivered throughout Australia. This includes all capital cities, major towns and rural destinations. We use a ground courier company to send most of our handbags and for locations that are beyond their delivery network we use the post office. All handbags are registered and are trackable online. Once you place your order online, you will receive a tracking number and website you can track your handbag from.

How long before I receive my Handbag?

Unlike most online handbag shops, eHandbags actually stocks everything on their website. All bags are in stock, unless there is an button saying "Out of stock". Typically, handbags being delivered to Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney are delivered within 1-2 business days. Handbags outside these major cities usually take 3-5 days, sometimes longer depending on the delivery schedules, available flights and peak delivery times.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes, we can provide gift wrapping for our handbags. To have your bag gift wrapped, please select the option when you add the bag to your cart. Gift Wrapping is $9.00 per item. Your bag will be placed in a glossy White box with lid and wrapped with Raffia.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver to all parts of Australia using ground courier networks and the postal office. As our headquarters are located in Melbourne, we ship all our products from the Melbourne site. For current delivery rates please refer to our delivery page.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not send our handbags overseas, only to Australia. This is something that we plan to expand on in the near future and hope to offer our handbags to all countries.

Do you have other products not listed on your website?

We like to keep our website and inventory current at all times. The products you see on the website are all in stock, unless there is a button displaying "out of stock". The handbags listed on our website are sometimes available in other colours, but may not be held in inventory. In this case, you are welcome to contact eHandbags and we will endeavour to get your preferred handbag in asap.

Are your bags genuine labels?

Yes, eHandbags only sells genuine handbags online. All our handbags come direct from the distributor with original labels and packaging. Our handbags are the same bags you will find in boutiques and department stores.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We support the major payment providers, those being Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments via Paypal, an online merchant facility that allows you to use your own money rather than a financial institutions. At this point in time, these are the only payment types supported. Please aldo refer to the Delivery & Payment section for more details.

Does eHandbags have a newsletter

When you register as a new user on our website you instantly become a member of our newsletter. This allows us to inform users of new bags that may have arrived, policy updates and important information that you may be required to read. All newsletters have an unsubscribe link that allows you to easily remove yourself from future mailings.

What currency are your prices

As we only supply our handbags to Australia, all our prices are displayed in Australian Dollars. If you are overseas and would like to view the pricing, you will find a currency converter in the right-hand sidebox.
