At eHandbags we ship our products Australia wide using a ground courier service. Tracking is available for all orders, which will be given once an order has been dispatched. Your handbag is carefully packaged with bubble wrap and orders are dispatched at the end of each business day.

2. Delivery to most major capital cities is typically 2 business days, but there are factors outside our reach that may delay this period.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Please note orders are processed and charged before they can be dispatched.



Gift Wrapping
Customers can choose to have their bag Gift Wrapped. Bags will be packaged in White glossy boxes with lids and complemented with Raffia. If you wish to have your bag gift wrapped please choose this option when you checkout. Gift wrapping is $9.00 per item.
International Delivery
We also ship our handbags to the US, Canada and China. Deliveries outside Australia require payment by Money Order, Direct Deposit or Western Union.
Refund & Exchanges
We have carefully selected our products for sale, however if you are not happy with your purchase or the product is faulty or damaged, you may return the purchased item in an unused condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt by contacting one of our friendly staff members and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded). This may take between 2-3 business days. Please include your receipt as proof of purchase and your return address so that we can process the return promptly. Please also contact us in advance.
Alternatively you may elect to exchange your product for another of the same value. We reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product. Cost of postage back to us for any returned items is to be covered by the customer.
Person to be at delivery point
Items are delivered using ground couriers. If it is not possible to have a person at the nominated address to receive the goods, the customer is to nominate another address where the goods can be left or they will be left on the nominated doorstep. Items sent using Australia Post may be left at your local post office by the courier.
Backorders - Out of stock items
Every effort is made to deliver your product in reasonable time. Subject
to goods and availability, eHandbags will deliver the goods you have
ordered to the address you specify in your order form, as fast as
possible. Orders are processed and despatched daily, after payment is
received for the goods. We will always endeavour to complete and
despatch your order promptly, however at times this may be delayed, due
to circumstances that may be out of our control.
Delivery point information
You agree to provide all relevant details regarding access to the delivery point such as whether there are stairs, elevators, steep driveway and you acknowledge that we will not be held responsible if those details are incomplete or inaccurate.
